Ordering Policy
If I have the piece you want in stock, it will usually be shipped within a week, depending on time of year and my travel schedule. If I have to make it, expect approximately 6-8 weeks.

Not all of the work I make is displayed here. If you see something you like, but want it in a different shape, color, style, etc, please call or email to inquire. If you live near one of the stores carrying my jewelry, I would suggest going there and seeing my work in person.
Often it is easier to choose the right piece by how it looks on you. Any of the stores will be glad to order a specific piece for you.You will not save money buying directly from me; my prices are very close, and in most cases the same as in a store.

One of a kind pieces will not be duplicated. Sometimes I make pieces which have the same feel (similar shape,lines, colors, stones) but each piece is unique. Limited edition work (much of the silver and some of the smaller gold pieces) is duplicated but each piece is made individually by hand and is never exactly the same.

Custom Work
I occasionally create a piece based on a customer's special requests. Custom pieces may require up to a year to complete. Making another piece of jewelry to go with a Ricky Frank Enamel which you already own is usually not a problem and can be made in about 6 weeks. Feel free to inquire.

Exchanges
All sales are final. It is important to me that you love your Ricky Frank Enamel piece. You may exchange your purchase for credit towards another piece. Normal exchange policy is 3 weeks but exceptions are made for birthday, anniversary, holiday gifts, etc.

Payment
You may pay with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or with a check drawn on a U.S. bank.

Shipping
UPS, insured unless otherwise requested. Ground, 2nd Day, or Overnight is available.
